WB is an execution based workflow allowing buyers to correspond with their internal team and suppliers on setting and confirming commit dates for POs. Buyers have a view, suppliers have theirs. They each see POs that are their responsibility. A new chat system was built out from the ground up and becomes a preferred dialog medium, replacing phone calls and emails with suppliers. While at an order procurement software company, I conducted UX interviews with users, persona research with our SMEs and client support experts, created UI screens and built clickable prototypes which were then shared with our team and clients.
